RentLeaks is a discovery layer for flexible housing: rooms, co-living, furnished apartments, stays of 30 days or more, and lease takeovers. Listings are informational. You must verify availability, legal right to assign or sublet, and payments with the host.

Hosts agree not to discriminate under the Fair Housing Act. RentLeaks may remove listings that look like hotel nights, bait pricing, or scams.

Enterprise services — brokerage, leasing, marketing and property management for owners — are separate from the listing platform. Brokerage and management are provided only under a signed agreement, by the licensed real estate brokerage named on the enterprise pages, and the fees are set out in that agreement.

The broker network — hire a broker and the referral partner program — introduces renters to independent licensed brokers. The broker a renter chooses represents them under a tenant representation & fee agreement signed electronically between the renter and that broker’s brokerage; RentLeaks is not a party to it and never collects rent, deposits or broker fees. Partner brokerages pay RentLeaks’ licensed brokerage a referral fee under a separate signed agreement. Electronic records and signatures are used with your consent; you can ask for a paper copy at any time.
